Brain Wave collects zero personal data from games. No tracking, no analytics, no cookies, no accounts. Contact form submissions are stored temporarily (30 days) to respond to your inquiries.
What We Don't Collect

What Stays on Your Device
Brain Wave uses your browser's localStorage to remember:
- Your accessibility preferences (text size, contrast mode)
- Your game scores and progress
- Your difficulty levels for each game type
This data never leaves your device. It's stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to us or anyone else.
You can clear this data anytime by clearing your browser's localStorage or using the clear button in your browser settings.
Contact Form Data Collection
When you submit the contact form, we collect:
- Your name and email address (to respond to you)
- Your message content
- Your IP address (for spam prevention only)
- Browser user agent (for technical support)
Data Retention: Contact form submissions are stored for 30 days, then automatically deleted. IP addresses are used solely to prevent spam and abuse.
No Sharing: We never share, sell, or distribute your contact information to third parties.
No Server-Side Storage for Games
Brain Wave games are client-side applications. All games run entirely in your browser. We have no backend database storing your game data, scores, or progress.
Third-Party Services
Brain Wave uses minimal third-party services:
- Email Delivery: Gmail SMTP for sending contact form notifications (your message is sent via email)
- Hosting: Railway.app for server hosting
We do not use analytics, tracking, advertising, or social media integrations.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever change our privacy practices, we'll update this page with a new "Last updated" date. We'll never add tracking or data collection without clearly communicating it here first.
